About
Hug-Yianni Residential, otherwise known as HYRes. came about after our founder, Alice, did a full-scale renovation on her own home. As with most renovations (not those done with HYRes.!), things did not go to plan and Alice ended up project managing the whole renovation herself. From this, a passion for property development was born, along with the desire to help others who may be in the same situation!
